FC 25: EA FC 25 Grassroot Greats Maradona Evolution Guide

FC 25 Grassroot Greats releases card list on Friday, February 14 at 6pm GMT / 1pm EST / 10am PST. FC 25 Grassroot Greats is a brand new promotion that celebrates footballers who have achieved success through hard work rather than overnight success.

The biggest star of the promotion is Diego Maradona, who returns to EA's football series for the first time since FUT 22. Other icons getting new cards include Didier Drogba (ST, Ivory Coast, 92) and Roberto Baggio (CAM, Italy, 94), and players can get a free Maradona item during the promotion, as well as a new evolution that can be used to upgrade it.

FC 25 Grassroot Greats Team 1 features a number of current and former players, including Marek Hamsik (91 OVR), Jaap Stam (91 OVR), Alexis McAllister (92 OVR) and Bruno Fernandes (92 OVR). After completing this SBC, the Grassroot Greats Team promotion will be replaced by the FC 25 RTTF tracker item, which is expected to start on Friday, February 21st.

Each Icon item will receive two PlayStyle Pluses, and a few Grassroot Greats Heroes may also receive two PlayStyle Pluses. As of Friday, February 14, the full FC 25 Grassroot Greats card list is as follows,

EA has been particularly generous with Evolution lately, so expect Evolutions for heroes and icons, or ones that offer attribute boosts and icon chemistry for the average player. As with every promotion in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team, there should be additional players available as SBCs and objectives.
